Biography

Jen Browne is a Brooklyn based writer and actor. She is a company member with The Deconstructive Theatre Project and has appeared in The Orpheus Variations (Here Arts Center, Magic Futurebox), A Christmas Carol and their new project Searching for Sebald. This past spring she voiced the audio tour for the New York Botanical Gardens exhibition Groundbreakers: Great American Gardens and the Women Who Designed Them. She is a member of playwright collective Lather, Rinse, Repeat, her plays have been produced by ESPA/Primary Stages, the New York Fringe Festival, Caps Lock Theatre, the Houston Fringe Festival, the Unfringed Festival in Limerick, Ireland, 3 Voices Theatre, Purple Threads Ensemble, and Learning Stages in New Jersey. Her plays A Game of [Sugar] Thrones and Chicago Style Hot Dog can be found on Indie Theatre Now!.
